Paul C. Germolus
Paul was raised on a grain and livestock farm outside Borup, Minnesota, and considered himself a farmer long after he left the farm. He was an graduate of North Dakota State University in Fargo, ND and received his law degree from the University of North Dakota. Following his graduation from law school in 1997, he worked as an Assistant Attorney General for the State of North Dakota before entering private practice for a handful of different Bismarck law firms.
Paul was a founding partner of Germolus Knoll & Leibel, LLP, the predecessor of Knoll Leibel LLP. His primary areas of practice were business and commercial transactions, real estate transactions and real property law, agricultural law, oil and gas, probate and estate planning. He had many clients who became friends over his years of practice. He was well known for his meticulous attention to detail, his interest in the obscure nuances of real property law, and his twinkling blue eyes.
Paul is missed by his wife Allison, his three sons, Noah, Benjamin, and Isaiah, the people he worked with, and the thousands of clients he helped as an attorney, counselor, and friend.
Rest in peace, Paul.
