Opening Day Larks Baseball

Here are the CONTEST RULES:

This giveaway is sponsored by Knoll Leibel LLP. No purchase is required and purchase will not increase your odds of winning. One entry per person. Must be twenty-one (21) years of age to win. Employees of Knoll Leibel and their immediate families are not eligible. A copy of your identification will be made in order to redeem prize.

The entries will close on 12:00 pm on Friday, May 22, 2026 and a winner will be randomly selected and contacted by phone and email. The winner can pick up the tickets and prize package on Friday, May 22, 2026 during business hours at Knoll Leibel LLP or at the Will Call Window located at the Main Gate entrance of the Bismarck Municipal Ballpark.

Once a winner is selected, all entrants from all participants will be deleted.

The winner will receive Knoll Leibel LLP’s four (4) Premium Tickets for the May 25, 2026 opening day baseball game against the St. Cloud Rox, a VIP parking pass, and four (4) $25 gift cards for the Larks merchandise event.

Knoll Leibel is not responsible in the event that the scheduled game is delayed or does not occur, including if it is cancelled for weather or any other reason. Your chance of success will depend on how many people enter.

Prizes are non-transferrable. All taxes, if applicable, on any prize awarded are the sole responsibility of the winner. Sponsors reserve the right to substitute any listed prize for one of equal or greater value for any reason.

Each Participant releases and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Sponsors, their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, related companies, directors, officers, employees, representatives, agents, successors and assigns from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind to Participant arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize or participation in Promotion.

The winner shall bear all risk of loss or damage to his/her prize after it has been accepted and/or delivered. Sponsor will not be responsible for lost, late, incomplete, stolen, misdirected, illegible or postage-due entries; or any and all technical error or failure.

Promotion is subject to the laws of North Dakota. All registered and copyrighted information, including the Bismarck Larks, are and remain the property of the owner and are being used with permission.

Entry in this drawing does not establish an attorney-client relationship. Knoll Leibel reserve the right in their sole discretion to disqualify any participant for any reason, and to terminate, modify, or suspend the promotion for any reason.
